Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened (seal intact), in its original packaging, and accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Contact us at 03002030782 (call or WhatsApp) or hakeemmusa840@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll confirm your request and share the return address and instructions. Items sent without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products once opened or used, unless the item is defective. Sale items are also non-returnable.

Refunds
Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds are processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash to the details you provide, within 7-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
